For non account holders and small use customers where orders are for less than £500, we recommend that items are purchased through our retail website, www.chilternconnections.co.uk. We offer competitive prices on products and shipping to purchase this way, however, if you require large volumes for industrial use, please see the Business Customer section below.

If a hazardous product has been purchased via Chiltern Connections Online by a non-commercial user, you will be notified by phone or email informing you that your payment has been refunded in full and your order has been cancelled.

For customers outside of the UK wishing to purchase goods or services from Chiltern Connections Online, payment currency is GBP (£).
For all orders outside of UK, orders will be accepted Ex-Works only. For orders outside of UK, please contact sales team.
Our standard rate for UK shipping is £12.00 per order.
We ship to Mainland UK. Please get in touch if you are needing delivery to UK offshore territories (Channel Islands, Scottish Isles, Isles of Scilly and Isle of Man).
Please note that large or heavy volumes may require shipping on a pallet. If this is the case we will contact you to confirm any pallet charges prior to completing your order.
Please note that some of our products are classified as hazardous for road transport in the UK and may require special delivery requirements and additional charges that we will advise you of before shipment.
Standard delivery for in stock items is 24 hours. The order must be placed online before 12.00pm GMT (Mon-Fri) to be dispatched same day. If you are ordering goods that are on a lead time, we will inform you of the lead time on receipt of your order. If the lead time is too long for you, we will immediately offer you a full refund. Please note our carriers deliver on usual working days (Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm).
Wherever possible we try to ship from stock and orders are processed on the day they are placed on-line. Some products are ordered in to fulfill customer orders. In these instances there will be a lead time from the manufacturer of the product.
We normally advise that delivery should be within 28 working days of your order being placed. In some rare instances delivery may take longer especially for special order products manufactured in the USA or Japan, delivery can take between 8 to 12 weeks.If you have any questions or queries about delivery lead time contact Customer Services with your order number and they will be able to advise you.
Can I collect my goods from Chiltern Connections instead of paying for shipping?

Can I arrange my own courier?
Yes. For Ex-Works delivery, please contact the sales team to organise.
Once we have received your order, we will email you with the weight and dimensions of the packages(s) and the time at which they will be available to collect from. For in-stock products, we aim to have the products picked, packed and ready for collection within 24 hours of your order. It is the buyers responsibility to ensure you arrange the correct courier where products are classified as hazardous. Please see the product MSDS for further information or contact us at Sales.
What happens if the goods go missing?
It is very rare for goods to go missing, however, if this happens we will make every effort to have the goods re-delivered. Please contact us on 01491 824 788 or Sales.
On receipt of the goods complete our Delivery Returns Form and email it back to us within 24 hours of receipt. A member of our team will contact you to discuss arrangements for the return of goods. Please read through the section on returns on the above form for full details.
We are Business Account Customers - what are our delivery options?
If you are a business customer likely to order frequently and in large volumes please contact Chiltern Connections for a trade account (credit account facility). This will enable you to order direct from Chiltern Connections and benefit from additional advantages such as price breaks and a 30 day credit account. Account Customers can order direct through the Chiltern Connections office by phone or email. Most of our goods ordered direct through our office are delivered next day.
